Success Story: Organisational and Annual Review
The Board of a national organisation required a Organisational and Board Review and subsequent Annual Review. The Board was experiencing a lack of direction, motivation and progress on key strategies. Stakeholders were increasingly losing trust and faith in the organisation.
As a consultant and advisor, Stacey undertook a process which assessed the organisational governance and strategic planning, and considered future opportunities and improvements. The findings included a range of actions for the Board to implement, to enable the organisation to adapt to the contemporary business landscape, drive future relevance and further unlock value potential.
Stacey Daniel came highly recommended and was engaged by us to conduct a full organisational and Board review... that was October 2017. Suffice it to say Stacey nailed the brief and captured the exact situation our organisation was in and importantly what we needed to do. At that time, we committed to an Annual Review which was completed February 2019. Again Stacey cut through the rhetoric and articulated our situation, one year on, making it very clear that there was work to be done to secure our organisation into the future.
